•  Deposit in Advance:
  A minimum deposit must be made by the seller, owner, or their authorized team at least two (2) working days in advance to initiate the verification process.
• Verification Team Deployment:
  Once the deposit is received, our certified metallurgists and testing specialists visit the pre-agreed site to inspect and verify the material in unpacked condition.
• Testing Methodology:
  All testing and verification methods are determined by our experts based on global metallurgical standards and material characteristics.
• Mandatory Presence:
  The seller or an authorized coordinator from their team must be physically present during the verification process.

•  Vehicle Access:
  The verification site must be reachable by a four-wheeler with a minimum payload capacity of 3 metric tonnes (3 MT).
• Road Conditions:
  Access roads should be wide, paved, and suitable for vehicle movement — muddy or unmotorable paths are not acceptable.

•  Swift Payouts:
  Once verification is successful, payment is arranged within:
•                                      +   4–6 working hours for sites within metropolitan limits, or
                                      +  10–12 working hours for sites located outside metro areas.
   
• Initial Spot Payment:
  A minimum spot payment equivalent to 10 units, inclusive of facilitators’ and mediators’ commissions, will be released first.
• Subsequent Disbursements:
  Remaining payments are released from the next working day onward as mutually agreed.
• Tax Certification:
  A Tax Declaration Certificate is issued within twelve (12) working days of transaction completion.

•  Identity & KYC Verification:
  The seller must fully cooperate in KYC and identity verification for preparing the Sales–Purchase Agreement.
• Payment in Seller’s Name:
  All payments are made only in the name of the declared seller or identified representative with whom the Sales–Purchase Agreement has been executed.
• Payment Modes:
  Payments may be made in cash (with verified withdrawal slips and documentation) or via bank transfer as mutually decided.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  For all account transfers, Jupiter International Inc. provides tax-paid documents, source-of-funds certificates, and declarations to the concerned authorities (government and banks).
• Supporting KYC Documents:
  The seller must provide government-issued identity proof, Permanent Account Number (PAN), National Security Number, bank details, and other KYC documents as required.
• Professional Assistance:
  If requested, the company can arrange CPA/CA support to ensure funds are received safely and in compliance with all financial regulations.

•  Joint Custody of Material:
  Once the token or gift payment is made, the material is placed under joint custody of the seller and the company until all legal obligations are fulfilled and payment is completed as agreed with the seller.
• Deal Finalization:
  A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is executed prior to releasing any token or gift payment, defining the total deal value and obligations.
• Fund Management Support:
  On request, we offer secure global fund management solutions, helping sellers manage proceeds efficiently — in full compliance with international and local government regulations.
